Parking lot striping and pavement marking are the most economical ways to give your parking area that fresh, new look. The parking lot is one of the first things your patrons see when they pull onto your property. Parking lots that are properly laid-out and painted create a sense of safety and organization for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. High quality parking lot striping also says that you care about the details and creating a good experience for both cars and pedestrians.

New Pavement Markings Increase Safety For Your Patrons

Proper pavement markings and signage increase traffic safety. It directs traffic to the proper route of entrance and exit, allowable areas to park, ADA walkways, loading zones, fire lanes and defines drive aisles that are wide enough to avoid accidents with cars and pedestrians. We are familiar with all pavement marking codes and regulations

Tips For Long-Lasting Parking Lot Lines:

Preparation is always our key to success. For the most durable and professional results we make sure to:

  • Cleaning the surface – especially when repainting existing lines; scrub or power wash first to remove any loose pavement paint

  • Surface must be dry as well as clean – we check the weather forecast to plan for 24-hours free of rain

  • Check temperature if warm enough – our oil-based needs 50°F and our water-based requires 60°F,

  • Allow to dry – all that hard work will be for nothing if someone or something drives over the wet markings

  • Glass beads for visibility (optional) – these must be applied while the traffic paint is still wet.

When we are marking parking lot lines, quality matters.
